GP is pushing ahead on our new look. Here's what's new:
We've imported the old (LiveJournal) site's August, 2006 articles into the new Wordpress format; tweaking a few formatting issues here (mainly the fact that apostrophes generate some really weird character strings) and updating links for some photos.
Meanwhile, all of GP's articles (with comments) from the LiveJournal days are - and will remain - available from sidebar links. You can get your LJ fix either through a
calendar view or by usings a
tag search. When you use the tag search link, a scrollable list of tags pops up. Alternately, you can add the tag you want to search with by adding it to the end of the URL that the tag search link generates. For example, here's one for
Louisiana in case you were researching that state's video game legislation.
LiveJournal die-hards can still get an RSS feed of the new GP articles (sadly,
sans comments) directly into their LJs using
this link. Thanks to the numerous LJ GP'ers who sent that along.
For those who are using RSS without LJ, here are RSS feed links for
GP news and
GP comments.
Forums: the
new GP Forums should re-open later today or this evening. They are up and running, but I've got them closed to posting while I do some maintenance. I left the door open Saturday night while fixing up and several users slipped in and had a time! You'll need to re-register if you were a member before. However, I have a list of user names & associated e-mails addresses, so I'll be able to resolve any issues over user names.
Law Library: added several juicy legal rulings to the
Law Library for you to read, with more to come.
