@brokenscope, he teamed up with Hilary Clinton in 2006 to shoot down a proposal to replace the ESRB with a government program, much to the surprise of many people who had followed their stances on video games. Other then that, I don't think he's done much video-game related recently, so the part at the beginning about him no longer thinking most video games are evil may be true. At the very least, even back when he was taking on games like DN3D and Postal he was a lot more rational then most of the current figureheads for the anti-videogame movement. I miss the days when an anti-video game lawsuit could fail without it being evidence of a government conspiracy.

I realize the parody aspect of the video, but I think that the video-game haters are going to take it as an example. I honestly wonder if this is what people like Jack Thompson and Joe Lieberman think of the video-game industry. Just a bunch of mindless adolescents?
They already take things out of context to support their own cause. Thompson already made it clear how he views gamers and the industry. I'll wait seeing it till I'm out of work, just to be safe ;)
Sorry, been playing a pizza based game all day. Now I'm hungry.
