Benefit Evil, a three-day marathon gaming session to generate cash for sick children, is underway right now (it began at 1 PM EST today). The marathon gaming session will see five friends from Syracuse, New York band together to tackle 13 Resident Evil games. All the action will be broadcasts over the internet via www.benefitevil.com and fans can communicate with the team through chat, twitter and email. The webcast features a picture in picture live stream for the duration of the event.
Games being played include Resident Evil: Directors Cut (PS1), Resident Evil 2 (PS1), Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (PS1), Resident Evil: Code Veronica (PS2), Resident Evil Zero (GameCube), Resident Evil 4 (Wii), Resident Evil 5 (PS3), Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles (Wii), Resident Evil (GameCube), Resident Evil: Outbreak (PS2), Resident Evil: Outbreak File #2 (PS2), Resident Evil: Survivor (PS1), and Resident Evil: Dead Aim (PS2).
