Call to Arms: Museum Arcade Classic American Fundraising

Kotaku points out that those of us who believe in the history and tradition of the video games industry should donate to the American Classic Arcade Museum. The American Classic Arcade Museum is located in New Hampshire's Funspot arcade.

While the museum has a substantial collection of classic arcade machines, donations could help it fill out its collection even more. Besides preserving important pieces of gaming history, the museum serves as a way for those who have never been exposed to arcades and classic arcade machines to get a first-hand glimpse of some of the best arcade games ever made.

The museum is in the midst of trying to raise money to buy some classic stand-up machines such as Space Dungeon, Mad Planets, Solar Fox, Discs of Tron and Black Widow. They need to raise $3,650 to buy them and they are about halfway towards that goal.
