While adult Australian gamers get to enjoy the latest Ninja Gaiden game thanks to the country's new R18+ rating, their German peers appear to be SOL.
At least, I think that's what this German site Nintendo-Online is saying. I could be wrong but I believe that says the USK (the organization responsible for computer game ratings in Germany) has blocked the release of Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge for the Wii U.
That's a bummer but it's not entirely unexpected. Germany has a nasty habit of banning violent games and Ninja Gaiden is chockful of the red stuff.
According to this press release, Ninja Gaiden 3 is now available as a digital download from the UK's Wii U eShop (from 11p to 3a, anyway) so maybe German gamers have a loophole.
