April 18, 2013 -

Valve has announced the latest batch of games and application software to be approved for sale on the digital distribution platform as part of its Steam Greenlight program. Eighteen new games and two new software programs join the 90 titles Greenlit since Steam Greenlight launched in August of last year.

The latest additions include the games Agarest: Generations of War, Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures, Battle Worlds: Kronos, City of Steam, Cradle, Dead State, Dead Trigger, Death Inc., Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey, Elsword, Faceless, Frozen Endzone, Hammerwatch, Legend of Dungeon, Pinball Arcade, Planet Explorers, Rush Bros., and the promising Shovel Knight. New software titles include PlayClaw and GamePlan. Look for all of these titles to launch at varying times over the next couple of months...

For more information on these new titles, check Steam.

Woo Shovel Knight!  I have no idea how this elusive selection process works, but I'm glad Shovel Knight got on there.

Basically you got to Steam's community tab, click Greenlight, look for games you like at least the idea of, then vote. A game gets enough votes, it gets Greenlit.
