Online gambling company Ultimate Gaming has inked an agreement today with Donald Trump's Taj Mahal Associates LLC to operate a range of real money online casino games and poker, using its proprietary technology platform and the Ultimate Brands. Ultimate Gaming launched real money online poker in Nevada at UltimatePoker.com in April of 2013. Ultimate Gaming is also the exclusive online gaming partner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
"We feel our technology is a major advantage," said Tobin Prior, Chief Executive Officer of Ultimate Gaming. "Our proprietary software has been proven to meet regulatory requirements and allows for continuous investment and product development. The technology was acquired in 2011 and developed by a U.S. based company with a completely clean regulatory profile."
“Ultimate Gaming is a pioneer in the online gaming space and can provide a turnkey solution for our online gaming needs in New Jersey,” said Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer Robert F. Griffin. “We are delighted to be working with a trusted partner that has a proven track record."
Further details on just what Ultimate Gaming will offer online has not been disclosed, nor when its services will be available to New Jersey residents. Under current U.S. law, states can decide whether they want to offer their citizens' access to online gambling. So far online gambling is legal in Delaware, New Jersey and Nevada.
