Humble WB Games Bundle Nears $3 Million Milestone

November 8, 2013 - GamePolitics Staff

The latest bundle from Humble Bundle - the Humble WB Games bundle is inching towards $3 million on the sale of over 600,000 bundles. As of this writing the bundle has raked in $2.874 million. The Humble WB Games Bundle offers consumers Batman: Arkham Asylum, FEAR 2: Project Origin, FEAR 3, and Lord of the Rings: War in the North for any price they want. Paying more than the current average price (right now it is at $4.64) will get you two additional games - Scribblenauts Unlimited and Batman: Arkham City GOTY Edition.

While consumers seem to be buying the bundle in droves, there have been a number of complaints including the fact that you couldn't gift individual games if you already owned them on Steam (this has reportedly been fixed), that users are required to link their Steam accounts to their Humble Bundle accounts, and that some customers have not actually received codes from Humble Bundle in the first place. Another major issue is that getting a reply from support seems to take a whole lot longer than it used to (some have claimed a wait as long as 48 hours after contact).

Complaints aside, it looks like this bundle is on its way to becoming the biggest in the company's history. We'll check back in on its progress over the next 11 days to see how it's doing.
