Report: ‘Murdered: Soul Suspect’ Developer Airtight Games Shut Down

A recent visit to the Redmond, Washington offices of Airtight Games by GeekWire revealed a startling find: the company seems to have gone out of business. According to the GeekWire report, the publication visited the offices yesterday to find it closed and a sign on the door advertising a "blow out sale" on the equipment inside.

Subsequent attempts to reach the studio have gone unanswered. In April the studio laid off 14 employees as part of what it called "necessary restructuring."

This comes on the heels of Airtight releasing its latest game, Murdered: Soul Suspect.

The company is also known for developing Capcom's Dark Void, Ouya roguelike Soul Fjord, and the Kim Swift-developed puzzler, Quantum Conundrum.

We will have more on this story as it becomes available.

You never know he might appear at another company soon. Was the company a shell company for another group of companies? I know Zyngas head used to go to temple and got his start from a large group of buisness owners from who he’s family knows in Chicago at Temple.

Typically your first buisness you don’t do as well but are apart of a larger group to dodge taxes and send it back to Israel and you work yourself up like Pincus.

Someone on the Geekwire post mentioned something about people in the area apparently new it was going on for weeks. Makes me wonder why we're only now finding out about this.
