NES Power Glove Documentary Makers Seek Additional Funding

August 6, 2014 - GamePolitics Staff

The makers of "The Power of Glove," an independent documentary about the infamous Nintendo Entertainment peripheral, have run out of money and have taken to Kickstarter in an attempt to raise $15,000 to finish the film.

The film features interviews with the Power Glove’s developers - including the folks behind the hardware itself, the firmware that powered it, game designer, and the marketing departments that did a good job of making it seem more amazing than it actually turned out to be.

For a $10 pledge you'll get download access to the film. Higher pledge levels offer such perks as bonus materials, a digital wallpaper, and acknowledgement in the credits, among other things.

If this project seems worthwhile to you, you can learn more by watching the pitch video to your left or by visiting its Kickstarter page.
