'League of Legends' player admits swatting and stalking multiple victims in the U.S. and Canada

A Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada teen and League of Legends player has plead guilty to 23 different charges related to online stalking, hacking, and swatting incidents in the United States and Canada. Delaware court approves Activision settlement with shareholders

A Delaware court has approved a $275 million settlement to shareholders who felt that the management of Activision Blizzard had grossly enriched themselves and left investors out in the cold after it bought back Vivendi SA's stake in the company. The court also approved the $72.5 million fee to lawyers who represented plaintiffs in the case. The settlement was reached last year.

Report: EU member states try to kill off net neutrality protections

French rights group La Quadrature du Net is claiming that it has obtained a leaked copy of a "non-paper" on net neutrality written by the presidency of the Council of the EU that basically guts net neutrality protections in the European Union. It also delays or waters down previous proposals that would have abolished mobile roaming charges in the European Union. La Quadrature du Net further claims that the "heavily edited" document removes any reference to "net neutrality," removes language about protecting against throttling, and other protective language.
