Glu Tops iOS Download Charts in July

According to the latest sales data from App Annie, Glu Mobile was the top publisher worldwide in iOS game downloads and tenth by worldwide iOS game revenue. This was mostly due to its popular game starring reality TV star Kim Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian's Hollywood was the number one downloaded game in the world on iOS during the month of July, according to App Annie. It was followed by another Glu game - Dino Hunter: Deadly Shores.

Doctor Who Coming to Minecraft for Xbox 360

A new deal between Mojang, BBC, and Microsoft Studios will bring a number of Doctor Who-themed characters and assets to the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft. The content will come as part of several DLC skin packs for the game (yes, you'll have to buy them).

"We’re constantly looking for new and innovative ways to bring Doctor Who content to our loyal fans," Digital Entertainment and Games Director at BBC Worldwide UK Rikesh Desai said.

Kinect Stand-Alone Coming in October for $149.99

Rockstar Calls Lindsay Lohan's GTA V Lawsuit 'Frivolous'

Grand Theft Auto V maker Rockstar Games and its parent company Take-Two Interactive responded to Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit in a Manhattan Court filing on Tuesday. The companies said in their response to Lohan's lawsuit that the Hollywood star "filed [the lawsuit] for publicity purposes." They also called the lawsuit frivolous.

They are asking the court to dismiss the lawsuit and for Lohan to pay its legal fees.

Capcom Sues Koei Tecmo For Patent Infringement
