Grand Theft Auto V's First-Person Sex With a Prostitute

There's a mild brouhaha today over the new first-person mode in Grand Theft Auto V (PC, Xbox One and PS4). Highlighted by several articles from non-gaming outlets (of course!), they point out that you can have sex with a prostitute in a more realistic way and then kill her from a first person perspective. While this new perspective might be considered slightly more realistic than GTA V in third-person it's less sexually explicit than, say a sex scene from a mature rated TV show on ABC like How to Get Away With Murder (that's some pretty steamy stuff!).

Twitch Bans Sexy Clothing and Nudity From Streams

Twitch has updated its terms of service to include a loose dress code for on-camera personalities. Now it asks users to "dress appropriately" when broadcasting. Twitter's new terms of service says that streamers should not appear on camera full or partially nude, or wearing sexually suggestive clothing.

"Nerds are sexy, and you're all magnificent, beautiful creatures, but let's try and keep this about the games, shall we?" reads the updated rules of conduct page.

The U.S. Supreme Court is considering a review of the 677 New Loudon Corp. v. State of New York Tax Tribunal, following a decision from the New York Supreme Court that the state government may tax exotic dancing but not other forms of dancing. Free speech advocacy group Media Coalition thinks that if the Supreme Court were to review this decision, it would likely overturn it because it violates the First Amendment. The group recently filed an amicus brief with the court urging it to review the case.

Sinful Robot Renamed Wicked Paradise

With four more days to go, the documentary has managed to raise $23,829 from just 882 backers on Kickstarter.
