This REALLY angers me on many levels. I am originally from the Virginia Beach / Hampton Roads area of Virginia but moved away when I was younger. They spend so much time and energy on trying to make up causes for these problems that they do little to nothing to curb them. Proof of that is the fact that a man can get so drunk by 8pm that he drove his mustang into and then ramped out of a ditch to put the car through my aunts (my mothers twin at that) windshield of her car...then they quietly let him out a short time later with a slap on the wrist and even gave his drivers license back. All without notifying my family at all. They talk all loud and proud when they think it makes them look good..but not a word when they want to hide it. Sorry it's off topic in a way...but I wanted to make a point.
