It's not trying to place the blame on anything. Among other things, it's a commentary on how the West would be quick to condemn these child killers, but yet we turn around and sell our own children violence as entertainment (via movies, video games, and television). The only thing different about this song is that it actually talks about violent video games in particular, a topic which no rap song has yet tackled to my knowledge.

The dialogue on this comment thread is exactly the type of response this song is looking to generate. Love it or hate it, it's good art because it provokes a response in the listener.
