So wait...receiving support from video game companies means that you're taking a stand against families now?

These people are out of their minds. I doubt they would react like this about politicians receiving support from movie studios, but content-wise video games are no different than movies. There are different types of games marketed to different demographics. Rockstar is not trying to sell Manhunt 2 to 12-year-olds here.

I mean it just looks like they are making the same kind of generalizations about video games that Jack Thompson is famous for, by implying that ALL video games contain content that is not suitable for children and that ALL video games are marketed directly to children, and that simply is not the case.
