I've taken a few psychology and sociology classes through High school and College and I can already pull a more accurate assumption out of my ass.

People who spend a majority of their time on MMOs, web communities, and places like 4chan, are used to this special kind of social interaction, where-in, they do not have to interact with anyone they don't like, and the one's that they are forced to interact with can be muted, ignored, or just not seen. They are like spoiled children who believe that they are entitled to act however they please and that no one has the right to reprimand them or tell them to follow the rules, because it's the internet. They are the people who subscribe the the creed of Anonymous because they believe they are being 'moar awesome' and get more 'lulz' thus making anyone else not cool enough for them.

With all of that, you tack on a self-diagnosed case of Asperger's and suddenly they're a victim, not an asshole, how convenient.
