he must not be a very good psychiatrist if he cannot understand the purpose of playing an action oriented game (regardless of content) as a release.

If God is really concerned about what we do in video games, then there are a lot of "Christians" who are in more trouble than they fathom. If I am going to hell for playing GTA, imagine what awaits people who commit acts of real violence, lie, cheat, and steal but think going to church makes it all okay.
