Just read JT's full letter (for letter see pile of complete lies and dis-information from a failed, homophobic laywer):
"A recent Reuters story indicates that parental concern about this is growing, as reportage of this new video game industry scandal is making headlines today around the world."
The only stories around the world now are about how Bully isn't that bad and all the ho-hah about it is clearly misplaced. The stories even point out JT's lack of knowledge for judging the game before it was even completed. Pity he didn't do his research again.
"now that we know that it contains not only high levels of unpunished violence"
Who's 'we' - everyone who's seen or played it knows that it does not contain high levels of unpunished violence! Once again, no research, just babbling out the usual garbage and lies.
"Neither the game’s maker, Take-Two, nor the Entertainment Software Rating Board, told you of this homosexual content"
Every review I've read (and pre-view) mentioned the fact Jimmy could kiss boys and girls, so exactly who wasn't told - Oh hang on, the only person who doesn't matter in any of this; the only person who thinks he's important; the only person who never researches or looks at the facts - dear old loopy lawyer Jack Thompson!
"However, now each of you knows, and from now on, from this minute forward, you are all on the hook"
On the hook? Come on, on the hook from what? Selling a Teen rated game which features activities that any teen can see on television or film, or read about online or in the news.
What a sad lonely little white haired old bigot!

Wouldn't it be funny if his son "came out" at the dinner table tonight?
Posted 07/06/08 at 11:00am Adamas Draconis: His fave line. Always thought it should be "They've got me right where I want them."
Posted 07/06/08 at 10:43am gamepolitics: he's got 'em right where he wants 'em,LOL
Posted 07/06/08 at 10:30am Silencets: It was a great idea. Just another step in the overarcing master plan off JT...we little people wouldn't understand....
Posted 07/06/08 at 08:35am Jack Wessels: Yeah I knew that part. I'm just amazed at whatever thought process led him to think that was a good idea.
Posted 07/06/08 at 08:33am gamepolitics: actually, he also sent similar material to the FL Supreme Court about 6 months before that
Posted 07/06/08 at 08:24am Jack Wessels: for him and would somehow get Kent in trouble.
Posted 07/06/08 at 08:23am Jack Wessels: @GP: Wow, I've skimmed that one before, but I never noticed that JT actually thought this was good news....
Posted 07/06/08 at 04:40am gamepolitics: eraser: see our original story on that:http://tinyurl.com/6nm9oe
Posted 07/06/08 at 12:21am infect999: because he's an idiot
Posted 07/05/08 at 11:41pm eraserheadthelynch: why did he send gay porn to the judges?
Posted 07/05/08 at 10:44pm Jack Wessels: @Silencets: Maybe it'll come to JT soon too, so he can finally complete that show cause order....
Posted 07/05/08 at 04:30pm Jose_Pedro_Ramirez: No one believed that the ice at the North Pole would ever melt, but...
Posted 07/05/08 at 04:28pm Haggard: Maybe he thought the judges would appreciate it?
Posted 07/05/08 at 03:27pm Silencets: I'm sure JT had a perfectly good reason sending gay porn....It'll come to me any day now...
Posted 07/05/08 at 02:54pm Grendal: once you send gay porn to judges, I'm comfortable calling you crazy
Posted 07/05/08 at 02:46pm eraserheadthelynch: I dont think hes crazy but his values and social skills are slightly wrack
Posted 07/05/08 at 02:38pm Grendal: Jacks actually a really good example of how not to deal with your mental illness and what can happen if it goes untreated
Posted 07/05/08 at 02:37pm Grendal: Well most people with a mental illness admit it and get help instead of trolling a website for their ego ala jack
Posted 07/05/08 at 02:32pm BlackIce: True, that does explain why the Patriot Act is legal, but..
Posted 07/05/08 at 02:21pm Grendal: As far as I know theres no law banning people with mental illness from holding jobs as lawyers or judges
